i feel it's more for redemption of his first defeat but money is also a factor no doubt.

Both. I'm sure he wants to avenge his loss and of course there will be a lot of money involved for him.

he wants to redeem his loss and fair play to him many fighters go into there shell after losing. look at lacy and prince naseem havent heard from them since there losses. The fact is hatton is a winner and he believed he could beat floyd. now he has critics on his back and he wants to prove them wrong. fair play to him even if he doesnt win.

Hatton deserves a rematch as much as the next man ... he was 43 - 0 going into that fight and a 2 weight world champ .... but dont get me wrong he wouldnt fight Floyd for free now would he ... there is only one answer and thats revenge and money. one he is assured of and the other ... well lets wait and see

Hatton truly feels he could have won the fight without the interference of Cortez.. He truly believes he can beat Mayweather..

I think money is not the factor..his payday from the 1st fight was top 5 largest paydays in Boxing history... It plays a role.. But I think his main motivation is redemption
