Cotto is a black Hispanic so if course he is going to have some black features, but yeah he looks a lot like Louis in those pictures they both have such a blank look on their face.

like i mentioned before miguel might not have the perfect bobin n weavin ability that frazier had but he still smokes.
I don't know if I'd classify Cotto as a brawler.

He's always been an effective boxer-puncher who could be good at using the ring.

Frazier, due to his height and style, had to come forward and apply pressure to be effective.

well brawling doesnt mean just coming forward and putting the heat on. there's a method to it. yeah frazier like tyson had size disadvantages so he wasnt gonna do anything in the middle of the ring. but look at the guy like Bowe, boxer or brawler? in truth rid**** was an excellent boxer with terrefic jab, but even against a shorter holyfield he chose to brawl. in the second fight evander was actually outboxing him a little bit.
the thing with cotto, he may be a mover and use his jab, but his fights, with torres, judah, wouldnt be boxing performances. miguel can box and he's improved a lot since those fights, but i just think in the tough situation he's gonna go in rough. that's just his nature. he'll box when he'll feel it's appropriate.
but there are tons of examples out there like it. duran off the top of my head

I agree with the assessment of Cotto as a stalker, although I think there are few other stylistic comparisons between he and Louis. The only true successor to Louis' style I've ever encountered is Arguello.
