But the reality is, he has a 100 shots to win.

I might have taken your statement into consideration if Floyd was in the opposite corner. We're both Floyd fans for a reason.

But this is "Margarito" we're talking about. A fighter who is barely above the C-level of fighters like Gatti, Ward any others.

Because why? Maybe you think more highly of the Tornado then I do.

What I see is a guy who:

A. Lost decisions to low caliber fighters like Rodney Jones. But yeah he was young.

B. Failed to adjust in a rematch against Santos and suffered the same fate again.

C. on his way to getting outboxed by Clottey, taking some serious shots in the first 4 rounds making Clottey look like a great boxer. And would have lost if Clottey knew how to adjust his game like Floyd, when getting your hand injured.

D. Getting outboxed by Paul Williams making him look like a great boxer/mover. Quintana showed what one can do to Williams if one has some decent skills.

We can keep going. Probably all the way to latter Z.

People who like Margarito are the type that like the movie Gladiator. They like their movies like they like their boxers. Dumb, machismo, and overrated.
