    If Quintana and Margarito win...

Does that mean Margarito no longer needs to avenge the Williams loss?

Should he fight Quintana to distance himself from the crowd?

He obviously wants Floyd Mayweather, and beating Cotto would put him as the frontrunner I would think, but not as clear as Cotto is right now (because everyone else in the division has lost to someone else that all lead to Cotto or Mayweather).

    What do you all think?

I think the only logical fight for Tony after being Cotto is with Mayweather Jr. I mean if Carlos wins whats the point in fighting him when you beat the guy that dominated him, well I guess this depends on how Margarito wins, if he destroys Cotto there is no other fight out there for him but a Mayweather Jr fight, if its anything close to being questionable WOW what a break Floyd will receive because we will have demand for a rematch.
if Tony wins he has to do it the way he always does, it has to be impressive.

I think Tony should fight the winner of the Quintana/Williams after Cotto regardless, so that he can capture another belt and have more leverage for a Mayweather fight.

Although I have my doubts of Marg beating Cotto, but if he does I think he should fight the winner of Williams vs. Quintana especially if the winner is Williams.

I agree, do you see Tony winning against Williams this time around?

Think about how pitiful that is, that Margarito might need to hold 3 of 4 titles before mayweather finally fights him.

If he wins, he should fight the winner of Quintana-Williams 2 for partial unification.

The most obvious fight is Cotto/Margarito winner vs mayweather, loser vs winner of Judah/Mosley for a title shot against quintana/Williams winner, while Quintana/williams loser fights Judah/Mosley loser assuming Oscar doesnt grab him up.
