actually those flips aren't gangsters they are artists. but their fathers are syndicates. in the phils we dont have mafia or mobs but we got syndicates. syndicates are governement officials who does what mafia, mobs and gangsters does. not all flips are small. i am a flip but filipinos are mixed culture since we were colonized by spaniards, americans, and japs. the other guys in there that looked black were probably half filipino half black or something. probably more than 5'4 same thing as mexicans they aren't too far apart from height
