ITV (free British TV station) have Khan contracted for one more fight and Warren doesn't want A) to give them a great fight for nothing, B) potentially have Khan beaten in front of a huge audience before a title shot and C) anything other than a spectacular Khan victory to happen. This is just Warren squeezing money from Khan for one last bum fight, which at the same time should hype Khan further to the casual boxing public.
Warren is a leech on British boxing, but a very crafty leech.
