Wlad is easily a top 10 p4p fighter, he is one of the most talented fighters in boxing and is a dominant heavyweight champion.

For some reason, nobody likes to have HWs in the P4P rankings. I don't really have problem with Wlad bing in the top 10. There isn't anyone out there that can beat him right now IMO and he is cleaning out the division.
