When a title is Vacant the WBC has the right to mandate a box off bout between the #1 ranked and #2 ranked, if #1 or #2 is un available or there is no rated fighter in that spot its #3.
Okay now on to the next step, we all know Vitali was ranked #1 that isnt the issue, what is the issue is Corrie Sanders who held the WBO title because he just blasted out little Wlad in less than two rounds.
Meaning when you hold the WBO title you are no longer ranked by the remaining governing bodies

Okay so being that Corrie was the WBO champ, and Vitali was the WBC #1 ranked contender how did Corrie get a shot at a vacant title when he was never ranked by the WBC???
meaning the WBC ****ed up and went against their own rules Vitali did not win the true title because when the title is vacated the only way to find out the true champion (4 rings belt) is through a box off or unification should I say,meaning the Ring belt to is a ****ing joke.
now if you can some how find some facts to disprove the truth then present them but from as far as I can tell Vitali got a title given to him he didnt fight according to the rules of the orginization to earn it, they gave it to him.
and how did he get the Ring belt when he didnt fight and beat the Ring champion for it nor did he take part in a box off for it?
those things you just cant justify becuase Vitali did no capture those titles according to the rules of the sport.
