    my punchbag vid

    firstly hello to everyone,glad to join the forum and hope to get involved.

    i made a vid of me on the bag in my gym.
    iv never had any coaching at all but hope to join a club very soon and see where it leads.
    just really looking for comments and advice etc
    feel free to leave comments here or on the video page

    You might want to put your left shoulder out a little bit. You're stance is too open.

      Pretty good! However when you step to the side after you throw you tend to bounce off of your feet so try to just step over and throw get that hopping **** out of the mix, its an easy way to time you, in other words if you were fighting or sparring I would tell my guy to look for that bounce and let your hands go as he bounces your in no position to counter punch because your feet are not set.

        I posted a comment on it, looks good for a guy with no training but need to use that left for hook and uppercuts otherwise you become a one handed fighter.

                    Sup mang, your hooks look more like uppercuts to me, bring your elbows higher as posted already, keep your hands up, you bring them down when you throw your combinations.
