legacy wise, ray robinson to the core, no contest.
skillwise-mayweather to the core, no contest.
dominance wise-it's hard to say, jones would normally be 1st ballot for me, but floyd has been dominating for years now and has looked better vs bigger fighters imo than jones, hell ray leonard also has looked better against legit bigger fighters, it's a tossup between them, even though ray robinson was knocking bigger guys out, so i'd probably have him and mayweather at number 1, sharing the top spot.
