Which Mayweather Rematch Is Least Exciting?

For you personally? De La Hoya or Hatton?

I'm sure we'll be hearing "both" plenty but which of the two personally would you be the least excited about watching?

Hatton because to Mayweathers credit he really did KO him. The Oscar rematch was bound to happend from the start. You dont have the biggest fight of all time(money wise) close and not expect a rematch. The fans made that rematch up for them.............

To be honest, Hatton/Mayweather isn't as interesting. De la Hoya, the way he boxed the first half, had a chance at winning. There was no stretch of time in Hatton/Mayweather that left me thinking that Hatton could pull it out. Not really. So, De La Hoya gets the nod.

For anyone saying that he got roughed up by Steve Forbes, I say that De La Hoya also swept all the rounds on one judges scorecard. This is boxing. You get punched. It happens.

Hatton/Mayweather is less exciting to me, personally.

Hatton. Because I think DLH has more of a chance.

The Hatton rematch is more pointless IMO. Ricky will probably get KO'd again. Ricky has no business at 147 much less with Mayweather. DLH has a decent chance at beating Mayweather. Don't think he will but yeah...

i see where you guys are coming from but you have to admit that if the fight takes place at wembley stadium it would be an awesome spectacle. 100 000 hatton fans roaring for him might even imtimidate floyd mayweather!

at the minute though i agree that the de la hoya fight promises to be more exciting boxing wise. just being a brit though, the hatton mayweather rematch seems appealing. i know id be there

Based on the fights i believe DLH gave PBF a better fight. However, i think both will get a rematch with mayweather. Mayweather-Hatton is supposed to be happening spring 2009 at wembley stadium. Mayweather-DLH will be close again

Even as a big Hatton fan, I've gotta say that I think Hatton/PBF II would be more exciting as a spectacle but less exciting as a contest. I give Oscar a much bigger chance than Ricky to beat Floyd (which is bigger than Ricky's 0%) - although a Wembley showdown with a roughhouse ****ney ref could see Hatton shade it if he can stay on his feet, that wouldn't be fair, and would be horrible to watch.

I gave their first fight to Oscar by 1 round when I watched it first time round (drunk) and then to Floyd by one round when I re-watched it (sober).

Both fights will be as dull, if not duller.

Although, I have never seen Floyd so tired after 10 rounds running and ducking from Hatton most of the night.

I don't really think too many people are looking forward to either fight. Floyd has yet to defend that WBC trinket against a true Welter. In all honesty, the WBC has lost a lot of respect in the boxing community. I think the WBO trinket is the one to have
The WBC trinket has been tainted. I mean look at who held these belts.
Arturo Gatti held it at 140 and Carlos Baldomir held it at 147
My mother could take those belts away from both these chumps.
Even Alfonso Gomez beat Arturo Gatti.
Floyd should be fighting Hatton at 140 and not at 147.
As far as ODLH goes, we just saw what he is worth in his outting against Steve Pillow Hands Forbes.

There is no attraction to this fight for me. I don't care for either one.
