Because Abraham wont have help this time, infact in the first fight Abraham was ready to quit after the jaw swelled up the ref was going to rule it a TKO loss for AA, and suddenly the corner of Abraham and Abraham himself decided to continue.
He wont get that kind of break here in the states if he quits its a loss, and should have been the last time when he and his corner said that was enough.

If you knew boxing, then you would know that an intentional head butt which causes an injury not allowing the hurt fighter to continue is an auto DQ. If the head butt is not intentional then they go to the scorecards- This was the reason AA wanted to stop and go to the scorecards. Because the ref did not realize it was an intentional head butt- anyone who has seen the 5th round knows it was- he said he would have to rule a TKO. That is the reason AA fought on, not because first he wanted to quit, then decided fight on.

The only reason he continued to fight with that broken jaw is because if he quit like he wanted to he wouldnt have got the DQ like he wanted to, so he was basicly forced to fight, a true champion would not even allow the idea of quit to enter their mind.
Look basicly the first fight was all the refs doing, bottom line Miranda was getting points taken for no reason in that fight, sure he did deserve to lose about two points but five get real, especially for some low shots that just were not low.
The rematch allows Abraham to lose like a man and that is pretty much the way I see this fight.
Miranda will stop AA becuase in america nothing is given to you.

I agree its not always you see 5 points deducted, however this is beacuse the fighter is DQed before this. If you dare question AAs heart watch how he fights on for 7 rounds with his jaw hanging. Exactly so if the ref failed to see the headbutt he can not rule it a DQ either way Abraham was quick to look for the DQ he shouldnt have he should have just allowed the ref to do his job and been ready to come out and fight.
dont come at me with the if you knew boxing arguement, I have the fight on DVD I know what happend it still doesnt change the fact that AA was looking for a easier way out.
I am glad that the rematch is happening becuase now Miranda gets a fair shot at knocking this man out, AA will not be able to influence the ref this time around meaning AA will not get the extra points needed for fouls that didnt happen.

You predicted Miranda stopping AA, this has nothing to do with points. You also said a true champ would not think of quitting which questions his heart- the way you phrased it above is fine with me. If you have the dvd then you know that if you add five points to every judge's score card from the fight AA still wins so dont cite the ref taking points away.

Wow your correct AA still wins, But does he? I mean the moment the ref declaired the fight a TKO win for Miranda that is where it should have ended so to be honest with you Miranda got screwed there is no way a fighter should be allowed to quit and then change his mind and the ref should not have even allowed that kind of influence when they did change their minds he should have stuck with his ruling period.

The ref did call it an intentional headbutt (only after Abraham went crying to his bench, nice acting). But the headbutt had nothing to do with the injury. That is why they had to continue the fight. If Abraham could not continue with his broken jaw then it is a TKO win for Miranda.

And it is not the fighter's decision to continue. Most true champions are warriors and wont quit until the death. Just like Miranda was going to get up and keep fighting Pavlik until the fight was stopped by the ref. When a doctor says the fighter is too hurt to continue (as the doctor said about Abraham in Germany), it is the refs job to stop the fight. The problem here is the ref listened to Wilfred Sauerland, the Hilter type promoter, who demanded the fight and fighter continue.....

I know there is some negativity floating around in this thread regarding Abraham. Yes the first fight ended up to be a big mess.

He is showing a ton of courage for coming over here to settle the score with Miranda. While many guys avoid Miranda, he is willing to get in the ring with the guy who broke his jaw and try it again.

Neither guy needed this fight. In fact in the big scheme of things, this fight is somewhat meaningless for both of them. This is a fight to settle a score between them. Both of these guys are showing true warrior spirit here.

Both guys deserve the utmost respect.
