Keep drinking water during your training a dehydrated body will not be able to take off the weight, flush your body with water through out the day, My kid came to me at 196 in two months I got him down to 165 now he is at 155 its been a slow process so far but I say in another two months he will be under 150 safely.
even though its the amateurs taking off alot of weight that fast will have an effect on you. try to eat five or six times a day, small meals though do not eat anything three hours before you go to sleep.
your tring to get down to 160 I take it? Good luck I dont see you being able to take off much more but if you can do it and keep your tools more power to you.
