acting like he is garbage and chavez wasn't a Buzzsaw...you know what a buzzsaw is? its pacman vs marco barrera the 1st fight and aaron pryor vs arguello thats a buzzsaw style.

Chavez jr was a tough stalking boxer puncher...chavez could take a hard shot on the chin that was one of his biggest strengths he could walk you down and close the gap.

But you insulting pacquiao like he ain't **** is straight up bull****...Pacman is gonna go down as an all time great and the only ones who will discredit him happen to hate him.
Shut up & watch some of Chavez' early fights at 130lbs = BUZZSAW. Pac's only attribute is power, he would need more than that to beat JCC. Chavez would spank Manny

That's what a Mexican Amateur record is.. Since they don't have amateur fights they fight a bunch of bums @ first.
Anyway, I think Chavez's record was padded but still a good fighter none the less.
Prime Barrera and prime Morales give Pacquiao hell and he doesn't get through them like he did now when they are older.
Erik Morales was going on the downhill the first Pacquiao fight and still managed to beat him.

You can't say that the Barrera and Morales Pacquiao fight was their prime or at their best..
Marquez won that fight btw.. and he too is an old man.

jmm is old? age has nothing to do with it if you live a clean healthy life like jmm does...look at shane mosley.

Marco was in his prime when he fought pacquiao the first time...and pacman took a fight in 2 weeks notice and beat a prime ledwaba who hbo was priming to put against morales and barrera...ever since that demolishing ledwaba wasnt the same.

Marco after his loss to pacquiao beat fighters up like peden and fana and ayala and even beat morales.

Pacquiao is getting beef cause many latinos don't wanna see an Asian on the top...thats the only thing I can think of.

Cause julio chavez got a strange stoppage of taylor no one bitched, and then chavez lost to pernell and then got a draw...chavez was also a big 130 pounder who should of been fighting at 140.

while pacman started at 106 pounds and at 112 at a young age already became a champion and beat a top caliber fighter for the wbc belt...pacman also never had an amatuer record.

          Peden and fana?

what does the weight Manny started in have to do with anything?
Barrera started @ the same weight.

Every Mexican in here knows I'm no fan of Chavez but if you think Pacquiao stands a chance against him your crazy.

Also, what does the Whittaker fight have to do with anything as well?.. I think he lost that.. but your just trying to give a bunch of red hairings to try and act like you have a valid point.

Yeah Barrera beat Morales after Pac but they were at the same level of age and fights..

Pacquiao would have his moments and land some nice shots on Chávez early because of his speed advantage, but with JC Superstar's iron chin, Pac would eventually fold under the relentless pressure of Chávez. The size difference alone would be an imposing challenge for Pac.

Pacman would put up a fight 'cause he's got some balls, but Chávez would take him out in 8-10.

I picked chavez to win...but some of you guys are ridiculous saying its murder...I seen some bums lasted longer with chavez and then now chavez murders pacquiao? please

my point is also pacman never had an amatuer background but stepped up way sooner then Chavez...chavez had so many taxi cab drivers and he fought jerry lewis 2 times pacman fought for a title against a top guy faster then chavez.

Chávez fought a lot of bums 'cause he loved to fight and liked staying busy. He did it old school like the throwback fighters.

The point is, when it was time to step up, he did and won. He fought whoever wanted to fight him or whoever was put in front of him. It's too bad a lot of today's fighters aren't like that.

Chavez K.O. Pac-Man, It wouldn't matter what weight, b/c Chavez is the bigger, stronger, better polished fighter...It would be a great fight while it lasted though!

good to see some classy posters not talking **** but talking reasonably with there opinion instead of this ridiculous chavez jr would kill him, murder him bury him bull****.

its lame cause pacman is no joke.

it would still be a damn good fight.

All we have to look at is what Pacman did to Barrera and Morales and Marquez,

Barrera = did have the same training.

Morales = beat pacquiao, close? because Morales turned southpaw on purpase and got him on purpase for the crowd

Marquez = got knocked down, GOT RIGHT BACK UP, and out boxed Pacquiao the rest of the way

Chavez can you compare Chavez to any of these guys?
