Do You Think Pavlik Vs Mundine Will Happen?

    - Even though this is less likely than the Sturm fight. It could very well happen, if Choc was realistic and wanted a big fight.

    - Pavlik has said he will fight 4 times a year. Hes got no one lined up after Lockett.

    - Sturm will be fighting Griffin. Abraham will be fighting Miranda. Winky is not fighting anyone.

    - It sounds absurd but if Choc was really keen, he could get a fight with Pavlik very soon.

After the Griffin fight, Mundine will be Sturms mandatory.

It's quite possible. It's not like the MW's are loaded with big names.

I suspect Pavlik is looking for Abraham. If he defeats Miranda it looks like Pavlik vs. Abraham late this year. A loss would open the doors for others and Mundine just might be able to get the shot.

If Mundine is looking for a fight, then don't look to Germany. Ottke is on the come-back trail and might be looking to boost his incredible KO-percentage with another one ...lol..

Come on pal. Mundine was a baby then.

Sturm vs Mundine would sell well in Australia, i think the fight could make more than in Germany.

But realistically he will likely fight Sturm before end of 08, but fighting Pavlik, is a fight he could easily get.

I hope he gets to fight a good opponent soon. You Aussies seems to really fancy his chances. I must admit that I haven't seen him since the Kessler fight, and based on that I wouldn't fancy Mundine too much vs. Pavlik.

Aussies (i.e. you) seems to think Mundine has improved a lot since Kessler. But who has he fought? A string of only half-decent opponents and for me it's difficult from his record to gauge his improvement. It's easy to look great fighting easy opposition IMO.

As a non-bias boxing fan, who has seen Mundine, Kessler, Calzaghe, Hatton and Hopkins train. I find that totally false. In fact if he fights as he can, i can't see anyone in the MW division beating him.

As for Pavlik KO'ing him as many people think. That simply isn't going to happen. If Kessler couldn't, Pavlik won't.

                Sure you have a point.

If you watch the Danny Green fight who was considered Ring #5 SMW, it was a complete destruction. One sided fight. He does fight tomato cans.

But he can step it up when he wants to.

I favour him against Pavlik. If he fights from the outside.

But im sure the US will wake up and love him at the first chance they get of watching him.

I saw a sparring session when he demolished Bika. I saw a sparring session when he dropped Paul Briggs with a body shot.
