Booing of the US national anthem from British fans (again)... Not so classy. Props to Bradley for making them eat it.

I saw the fight and have absolutely no reason to believe Witter could ever have beaten Hatton. Why the F**** was he talking all this s*** when he couldnt even hold up against a newbie who has never even fought outside of California? Talking about how he has to shine against Bradley. I wonder where all the Witter supporters are right now. Nothing to say huh? Now this is why Ricky Hatton has the fans and Witter doesnt. He sucks and nobody wants to see him fight. And what was up with his lead hand sticking out in front of him like a snake? That was the dumbest S**** i have ever seen. Did he think he was somehow confusing Bradley? Give me a break. I bet Hatton is having a good laugh over this one right now. I hope I didnt hurt anyones feelings......................not.

Props to Bradley, what a win! I don't agree with all those that want to write a fighter off because he suffers a defeat. IMO Witter is still a good fighter - just a few months ago people were raving about his destruction of Vivian Harris. He had a bad day at the office. And while on the subject - what is wrong with calling out the best in your division? He should be criticised for being ambitious? Tsk.

That was truely a lame performance from witter, He didnt show people is true self and he deserve to be critise for last nights performance..However its Timothy Bradley that beats Witter not Hatton..this might be a blessing in disguise for Witter.

He needs to go back in the gym, work harder and go for a rematch with Bradley.. He knows All the Hatton fans would now add another 100 to the 101 excuses they have already..he even has more to prove now.

Once again another UK fighter not showing up in crunch time. I try to like these guys for the sake of balance. Everytime I pick my favorite UK warrior they le6t me down. The rivalry is suppose to be stronger than this. There is only the hayemaker left!

Witter was deeply unpopular for a reason.

this is bollocks mate, another excuse, how about this for an excuse, junior witter was well beaten by a nobody, he no longer has a belt, he has no claim to be the number one challenger that malignaggi or torres have, as well as bradley, and as well as that he was so ****ing boring AGAIN! the fight was good because bradley came forward, but witter looked like a statue at times.

god, who else here is sick of ricky hatton ducking tim bradley, fight the man you chicken!!!

not seen the fight yet but Witter is back to the drawing board. I hope he had a rematch clause beacuse right now he has no claim to a fight with the champ. This has worked out a dream for hatton, as he can now realistically claim the fight with malignaggi is a fight against the #1 contender.

It's a weak division though isn't it, the LWW. I don't rate malignaggi or torres and witter has disappointed. There's not much depth tbh.

completely agree about the division, problem is its sandwiched between two awesome divisions, anyone who is good enough can either stay 5 pounds lower (diaz, katsidis, casamayor) or go 7 pounds higher (mayweather, cotto, judah) and get the big fights. hatton is the exception, he is too small a frame to make welterweight and too much a beer drinker to make 135!

to be fair though hatton is now one way or another fighting the top contender in the division, like he did with castillo (who was rated no. 1 contender at the time) and urango (same), so people can shut the **** up right now about him ducking fighters. after that though he is more than within his rights to pursue the big fights either side of the LWW division: mayweather, diaz, katsidis, pac man.
