Considering Paul Williams will most likely be 24 pounds over the Welterweight limit this time since he has to rehydrate, that'll make him even slower and won't allow him to throw the punches he needs to beat Quintana.

Quintana sticking and moving, hopefully with better stamina or just conserving better, should be able to win another UD. Williams really needs to be at 154...
