They're gonna fight as long as Cotto keeps winning and builds a bigger name for himself, which I think he will.

Cotto needs to build himself??.....What the ****, Cotto is undfeated, he has fought and beaten better fighters than Floyd at 147, Cotto is the REAL Welterweight champ....Floyd is scared of Cotto, that's why he is ducking him.
