If there is one thing that Ottke can do well then that's not getting hit with clean punches.

Hopkins would probably 'outwork' him and would have some success going to the body. Ottke always keeps his gloves up like Winky Wright.

Kidding aside since this fights in America there'll be no gifts for Ottke. Ottke had a super defense rarely getting caught with clean shots.

Hopkins could be a sneaky counter-puncher with a good right hand. If he would be able to land it is another matter as Ottke rarely puts on meaningful attacks.

This fight looks like a sure distance-fight to me. Hopkins would win a decision, not wide, but he would win. The fight would be extremely dull.
