It is shocking that they still have Tarver vs. Forrest as the show's description.

That 11th round by the Viper was tremendously good. That right feint, followed by the 1-2 was hall of fame stuff.

By the way, it is one again on Showtime 2 West. Donaire just knocked Maldonado out, so Forrest's fight is up next!

I love that Showtime does this. They just need to mix it up more. This is always on. They showed the Judah/Baldomir, Mormeck/Bell card recently. That was an awesome card.

Forrest did really well. was exciting when he needed to and was landing some hard shots. you could see tentativeness and sometimes fear in the expression of the italian.

Best part of the entire fight is when Arthur Mercante gets really upset that there was a low blow.

To Forrest: "Awww man! Come on Vernon! Go to the corner."
              To Piccirillo: "You alright champ?"

Mercante always acts like he is best friends... scratch that, the parent of both fighters. LOVE it!

I commented tonight to my brother that it would really suck to be in the ring against a fighter who is just... better than you. That seemed to be the case with Forrest/Piccirillo.
