Of the list, DLH-Cotto or DLH-Pacquiao has the best chance.
Really though, the only fight that could break it was...

None to be honest, Cotto shouldnt even be on the list..he doesnt command the same respect tito carried when he was on Top. It has to be Oscar against some hype/genuine named fighter like Tito after a 4-5 fight KO victories.

If Delahoya were to Ko PBF and Cotto were to KO Margarito, Oscar vs Cotto would break every record for sure.
