It already is the mecca since they'll support and watch mismatches like this was. We are actually accustomed to seeing the best fight the best and are not going to watch a joke of a fight like DLH-Forbes. If Hatton or Calzaghe were Americans, they would be club fighters who don't deserve an ounce of respect...

Unless a profound figure comes to save it.

There could be someone young enough to do it.. that'd be great...

A scary Dominant boxer... hopefully in the heavyweight division.

So that settles it, Floyd is officially a draw.

But no real suprise here, Forbes was a weak opponent for DLH.

how does that settle it? Floyd hasnt test his draw power with a nobody. he couldnt even pull big numbers for Wrestlemania. His fight with Hatton had a million plus LESS than with DLH. DLH/Mayorga did 100K more than Hatton/Mayweather.

The number is WAYYYY off. It's not a 2.1 rating, it's 2.1 million people tuned in to watch and that number is off too.

                Per Steve Kim's recent column.

The buzz throughout the industry is that the HBO telecast for this past weekend’s bout between De La Hoya and Forbes - which served as an infomercial for the rematch between 'the Golden Boy' and Floyd Mayweather- did a rating of 3.9. (Kevin Iole of
                Yahoo!Sports is reporting 4.7)

Yeah I was going to say, but wasnt entirely sure so I didnt.

I'm pretty sure a rating point does not equal a million people.

In fact the ratings change as the years pass so comparing past numbers is different as well. It's based on the amount of households with a cable TV.
