    You ask them this question...

Floyd is choosing to rematch Oscar and not fight Miguel Cotto - why...?

They can't answer without talking about money or PPV's...

Because all that "Cotto isn't big enough talk" is just spin by Horus Ellerbe...
I really don't see what difference money would make to someone like Floyd anyway, he has more than earned enough. Any legend of the sport in this situation would crave the challenge of Cotto and go after him to cement his legacy.

"If I beat Mayweather, who is the best pound-for-pound fighter in the world, my following fight has to be with one of the best and it's no secret that Miguel Cotto is one of the best in the world," De La Hoya said. "He has a difficult fight with Antonio Margarito and although any thing can happen, we all know that Miguel Cotto is going to win."

Cotto told Primera Hora that if De La Hoya is serious, he needs to contact promoter Bob Arum to get the wheels turning.

"If Oscar De La Hoya wants to fight me, all he has to do is contact my promoter and my team. We are here and prepare ourselves hard to face the best," Cotto said. "We always emphasize our interest in fighting the big names of the welterweight division. Right now we are focused on our battle with Margarito, but we are sure that we will leave victorious."

Oscar founded Golden Boy promotions which is one of the greatest things has ever happened for boxing, he is putting boxing back on the map. Hopkins made $7 M against Calzaghe, it's hardly a huge pay day is it?

Floyd on the other hand is just looking out for himself only.

If winning 1 round out of 6 is an even fight then Hatton is right. I had it 59-54 after 6 rounds for Mayweather. Easy fight to score Mayweather landed many more clean effective punches which is the main criteria for scoring a fight.
