    some advice

i have been using my computer far too much recently.

I have had huge amounts of stuff to do for university and have not even had chance to get down to the gym or anything at all.

Anyway, suddenly I have slight pins and needles in my forearms and a little pain in them too. and weird feeling in my wrists and finger tips every now and then.

I have heard about the repetitive strain injury thing in the past and i was just wondering if it would weaken the power of my punch?

    also, is it usually permanant?

    thanks guys.

I had this in my wrists and around my elbows from using laptop and the way I was positioned using it. It wasn't permanenet, lasted for a couple weeks.

It could be if you dont let it rest. In a MAJOR case and no restnig it, it could lead to Carpal Tunnel or something like that.
