I don't know man, I can't figure it out. Cotto seems to be willing to fight anyone and he says he fights whoever arum puts in front of him. Maybe he wants the fight in new york i dont know its kind of a wierd situation this fight has seemed to be set for quite some time now (before the gomez fight) and now that it's reality and right in front of him there's delays in making it happen
