Do you think the judging in DLH-Floyd I was rigged?

like others have said...
i like floyd defense ways but oscar was more than just the aggressor...he had floyd's back against the ropes and overall it appeared that oscar was more determined to keep his title than floyd was to take it from him...
there were a few close rounds that i gave to the champ...i usually give benefit of the doubt (on rounds that would be so close i'd almost call them even) to the champ...its the way the judges do it in most cases so i know its my best chance to get the most accurate scorecard...and i came right in the middle of 2 of the 3 judges scorecards (one scored it 115-113 for floyd) and (one scored it 115-113 for oscar)...i had it 114-114...so i think my scoring was fair.Comment

Well like I said the fight was close, it wasnt a clear win to think that is just nuts!!! it was close enough to go either way, and there are three judges that scored that fight, that have much more experience in the sport than you do. I think the scoring was right SD is about the most you could give for either fighterComment

floyboyz ignoring this??the judges who gave it to floyd have worse record than the judge who gave it to oscar.....
chuck giampa and his inexplicable card on taylor vs chavez 1...
jerry roth and his 115-113 for trinidad over de la hoya...
so no it was not rigged....all 3 judges ******....2 went with the status of mayweather, 1 with the likablilty of de la hoya...Comment

i agree...100%...Well like I said the fight was close, it wasnt a clear win to think that is just nuts!!! it was close enough to go either way, and there are three judges that scored that fight, that have much more experience in the sport than you do. I think the scoring was right SD is about the most you could give for either fighter
a UD win for either would have just been plain unfair...
and many would start screaming robbery...
it was REAL close...no matter what anyone says i wont believe it...it was close...could have gone either way...
if the last judge would have scored the 12th round for oscar (like many did...including the 2 out of 3 judges) it would have been a draw...THATS how close it was...
and the rematch will be the same...the 12th round will still be important as the first 11...Comment

judges are supposed to get fights right....and THOSE 2 CARDS ARE OF THE WORST 2 SCORECARDS IN HISTORY....im just saying if anyone was rigged i would suspect them....and they deserve 0 respect for thoSe awful cards regardless of what tehyve done before or after IMO...
and im not even saying oscar won btw, i had it 115-114 or 113 for floyd.... but to think it was beyond reason for de la hoya to get that decision is just ******.....Comment

That attitude of judging fights on "aggression" and who was against the ropes has got to stop. I mean, Floyd Mayweather was making his debut at the 154 pounds category. He was 150 (4 pounds below) on the scales and we all know Oscar whoops to 170+ overnight. You can't be serious and judge that fight fairly if you judge it on that so called aggression bcause Floyd couldn't possibly be the aggressor.I thought so, I mean I had DLH winning the fight, it was close but I favor the aggressor and Floyd with his back on the ropes the most part of the fight just didnt look to me like he wanted to beat DLH, it looked like he wanted to take little risk in there make it to the finish line and pray like hell the judges are from Vegas.
If this second fight takes place at the 147 category (which i doubt since Oscar already showed less power than he can show at 150) then you can do that.
What i want to see is a better faster Oscar. Don't forget Floyd is already 31 and Oscar is 35, neither are spring chickens SO STOP ACTING LIKE IT.
Actually we can't complain. What kind of main events have we seen recently? What the age differences in lets say Calzaghe and Hopkins? How about Casamayor and Katsidis? How about Cotto and Mosley? But when Oscar and Floyd fight some people cry Floyd is preying on the old. Yes, Oscar is no longer in his prime but NEITHER IS FLOYD. If you think he is go see some of his jww fights. It is visible.Comment
