Cotto hasn't seemed at all interested in a matchup with Margarito in the last year. The only times he has ever spoken out regarding an opponent, ever, has been in relation to Margarito. Cotto is more realistic than some of his fans. He knows - like the snakes at Top Rank know - that he's much better off with a target in front of him he has a chance of destroying. Reasonably durable and reasonably tough guys go the distance with Cotto with very little problem. Someone like Margarito could do 24 rounds with Cotto and Miguel knows it.

I agree compa, why keep stalling, just sign the damn contract already Miguel and make this official. Why keep bargaining for a few more pennies if you are getting paid good money for this fight regardless. Cotto is aware of the big risk he is taking by fighting Tony, he is sure that he can loose this fight and is trying to squeeze as much dough as he can just in case he is defeated (which I'm 100% sure he will). If this dude doesn't sign this contract I promise I will no longer watch any of his fights.
