Jose Luis Castillo comes to mind, and that was at 135.. but seriously, very few started there careers at 147, even 140. DLH fought 130-160, Mosley 130-154. Ricky Hatton 140-147, around 140-147 it doesn't matter really, but I think theres a cutoff once you get to 160. Then your fighting guys that walk around at 180+
