    Urkal vs Berto

Oktay Urkal is a solid guy, there's no denying that (as we saw from his fight with Cotto) I just dont think he's upper tier. I think this would be a nice test for Berto.

Who do you got taking this?

Not sure. For the sake of this thread, let's pretend he's not retired.

Decision for Berto but it would be an interesting fight, Urkal would be able to test him a bit.

              Urkal is hot....................garbage.

              Berto beats him easily.

I like the idea of Berto-Judah (after judah loses to mosley).

If Urkal is garbage, what does that make Cotto?

He couldn't stop Urkal when everyone thought he was going to kill him.

Urkal was a top Junior-Welter, held back by his lack of punching power.
Very good boxer, & if he had just a little more pop in in punches really should of picked up a title.

At Welter he's just not big enough, & am suprised he did as well as he did against Cotto given the difference in size & punching power.

Against any of the good Welter's he should lose..
Probably give them a very tough time due to his excellent defence & good counter-punching skills, but he just hasn't got the size or power to take much advantage of mistakes he brings out in his opponents at Welter.
