I think he should be ranked in the top 10 greatest lightweights of all time but all time great, no.

      No.

Has only one solid , spectacular win., Oscar 1st fight.
He dominated a weak 135 divsion, no fights with Stevie Johnston and Nazarov.
      He's hall of fame, though.

umm I don't know it's a hard call. He has one good win against de la hoya. A gift in dlh II. beat an old washed up vargas. He's a great boxer though great talent i just dont know if he's an all time great. it's crazy he has alot of talent but really no big names on his resume.

Nope. his lightweight reign was a dominant one, but he never fought any of the other good lightweights in the division (johnston, manfredy, robinson, bazan).

He totally skipped over Jr. Welter when Sharmba, Zab and Kostya were all hot champs.

De La Hoya was his first and only great win over a pound for pound caliber fighter. He lost twice to Vernon Forest, twice to Winky and most recently a still somewhat green Miguel Cotto.

If Meldrick Taylor is not an ATG then neither is Shane Mosley.

Labels like "all time great" are always too vague to me. It depends on who else and how many others are considered that.
