Scan your drivers license with it so we can verify that its you! I mean you do know that you can fake a passbook, for example the passbook has a spot in which you put your picture, but its not like the DMV you can easily remove that and put one of you.
So to eliminate any kind of fraud put your license there with it, so it confirms your name and your picture as well!
