Who's Charlie Zelenoff?

That is Paula Garces, one of the very few non Asians I have used. You might have seen her as the hot cop on The Shield or in the Harold and Kumar movies.

You guys are going to have to excuse me. I guess I missed the threads or posts or whatever, who the hell is this Charlie Zelenoff kid? I have no idea who he is but I saw his video and yes, he does look like the next Tye Fields. Did he train himself for that fight?

I would greatly appreciate it if someone took a few minutes and explained the situation to me.

Charlie "Spits" Zelenoff was not self tought he trained and sparred his whole life with champions.......NO BULL**** this is from his own mouth. I"ll post the vid later gotta look for it on youtube.

if he paid that trainer a dollar then his trainer is officially the most overpayed trainer in the sport...

his trainer did a horrible job; he didnt prepare him for the fight.

i think what happened was that charlie got hit and didnt know how to respond. his trianer pumped him up into thinking all charlie had to do was show up; use a combo or two and it would knock hartley out and they would go home...charlie looked nervous (as expected in a pro debut especially considering he had no amatuer background) but he looked at least decent (or in the range of decent) before hartley hit him cleanly once...then he pulled a zab judah and broke down...

at least it takes judah a few rounds before the breakdown...charlie brokedown after the first landed shot (i believe) because his trainer never taught him how to deal with it...

charlie probably never got more than merely "tapped" or "pointed" during his training camp (sparring)...so he couldnt react and just spit out his mouthpiece.

when he turned to the ref after he got hit the first time he must have said, "he ref; he's not supposed to hit me" or something because he looked surprised to get a punch landed against him.

basically the story is that he was a poster who use to post here and decided he'd turn pro and last saturday was his debut...

everyone pokes fun at him because he's a big trashtalker (about us here on boxingscene and hartley before their fight) calling us, "punks" and "bitches" etc. and he got beat by a guy with a terrible record instead of delievering a first round ko like he predicted.

Thank you all for clarifying this situation for me. He looks like he could get KTFO by a stiff jab from someone who knows what they're doing.
