Allan green vs jermain taylor....WHY HASNT IT HAPPEND?

Both fighters could realy use this fight, I mean EVERYONE knows that jermain taylor could use a fight. And Allan green can ALWAYS use a name win. And we all know taylor has demonstrated extreme confidence but an obvious lack of ability against tall powerfull fighters his own size. And Allan deffanatly has the power in this fight, he would make the decisions he would have the bargaining leverage, And a win for either of these guys agains the other would set them up for a title shot with joe. Plus itd be a pretty nice fight eh? Well im a bit buzzed right now andi t may be the rugs talkin but it seems pretty logical. DISCUSS

    Taylor Easily Could've beaten Pavlik.

    He just wasn't Consistant.

Im gonna have to disagree with you there, I dont even think that pavlick fought at his best that first fight and he knocked him out. I think pavlick looked good in the second but i dont beleave he hass peaked yet, i think if pavlik and taylor fought ten times. taylor would win maybe 2 if he was lucky

Green Hits harder then Pavlik does, so its much to risky of a fight for Taylor considering his current situation.

The perfect opponent i htought was TRINIDAD. NO real power threat anymore, a great name, a pretty easy win, but would still be a thrilling fight that would get Jermain the fan support in the future.

IDK how much of a fight VERA can put up

It would be good but I'd go with Taylor. Green's tough but he isn't on jermain's level. He punked out as soon as he tasted Miranda's power in their fight.

Im a no excuse guy, but the facts are there, Allan green had alot of problems during that fight, imidiatly after he has a large portion of his intestanse removed, I think allan would run through miranda in the rematch

they should both keep winning and let the fight build, its good to have the best fight the best but how about them proving themselfs a little bit more and mean while the buid up to that fight will be big by the time they fight

I dont think taylor has been at his best since before the first hopkins fight, AND he never did and never will peak, sad story realy its a crying shame he couldnt have stayed on the path he was following, but i digress lol, No i dont think he was at his best in the 2nd, But he looked amazing in the first fight. So was he at his best in the first fight IDK, but its the best ove ever seen him and it still wasnt good enouph.
