Aside from major fights, how is the boxing scene there? Are there a lot of local fights to go to in Miami?
So it seems like I might be moving to Miami in about a Year...

In Miami, there is a decent club scene that includes Dyah Ali Davis, the Castillo brothers (Eliecer and Eliseo), and a couple other guys. Go a little north and you'll find much better fights at the casinos in Hollywood and Coconut Creek.
Hard Rock Casino in Hollywood (Near FT. Lauderdale) has guys like Juan Urango and Joe Greene. Coconut Creek and Miccosukkee have a lot of good shows as well.
All of this is within 45 mins to a hour of Miami.Comment

Yeah, I've been taking my sweet ass time about. Dropped like 6 bills this weekend in Chicago and didn't even get bottle service. It was fun but it hurts the wallet.
In Austin I could literally buy out the bar for a hundred bucks. So I'm eager to get back to that. I'm 75% sure I'll be down the weekend of 15-18th this month just to kick it and catch up with people. Prob won't make the actual trip till August when school starts back up.Comment
