Did you just say that Cotto has more ring intelligence than Shane Mosley?

Hmm. I'd have to go with Cotto. Mosley, in his prime, would have been an easy pick; but now, not so much. If Shane couldn't outbox Cotto, then he'd potentially be embarrassed by Mayweather at this stage in his career.

Cotto, on the other hand, has more power than Mosely, so, if he connected solidly on Floyd....and that's a big IF, he'd could get Mayeather's respect and therefore potentially give him more trouble than Shane could now......"potentially".

Either way, I have to say that neither is the man who would give Floyd his first "L".

As far as Margarito is concerned, he's too ponderous and two impressive wins over an overrated Kermit Cintron mean squat when comparing what he could or could not do against the best boxer in the world today.

In my opinion, Floyd would have a relatively easy time handing AM a defeat.

i know Cintron tried to adapt Floyds defensive shell & tried to fight in the pocket unsuccessfully against Margarito but that had a lot to do with what Margarito was doing aswell IMO because Margarito was stepping around to his right and attacking him from an the angle

Roy Jones realised this was the perfect was to get past that defensive shell that James Toney employed and it worked a treat for him ,where as when Holyfield fought Toney, Holfield was not stepping to his right and shooting the left hook he was standing infront of Toney and he could'nt land ****

i think Shane is to limited when it comes to adapting to beat Floyd ,i think Cotto maybe a bit one paced to beat Floyd im not sure he would be able to pin Floyd down to inflict enough damage his patience would work against him in this fight cause he would fall behind IMO ,i see Margarito gving Floyd a real fight though probably still coming out a loser but

Right now I would have to Say Marg, simply because he has the better style of the two between him and Cotto. Shane may be a little to old at this point. But in Shane's prime. It would be Shane.

Am also torn between Cotto and Mosley.. I think Cotto's youth makes him more relevant for me than Mosley at this point.

Margarito would get countered at will and miss a lot of shots
