140 is considered one of the worst weight classes in boxing by most people, at least it was a while ago.

    Hatton, Witter...

    ...

    A couple of prospect/contender hybrids.

Really, do you think Victor Ortiz is ready for either Hatton or Witter?

Vivian Harris has choked in all of his big fights (and against Carlos Maussa ). In fact, he was just beaten down by Witter.

D-Hop really isn't ready for either Witter or Hatton either.

There just aren't a lot of people who are at the same level in that division, meaning there are a lot of fights between good fighters, but they wouldn't be all that competitive IMO.
