Cotto would have done the best against Forbes, probably knocking him out.

Floyd would have picked him apart a bit more methodically than Oscar did, but he might have lost a few rounds as well.

Having marks on your face is no indication of how well you do in a fight. Floyd wouldn't have thrown as many punches or of course taken as many, but that doesn't answer the question.
