that part is easy. or so it seems, Im not a pro.
the promoter part seems much more difficult. but then again, Zelenoff was able to do it because of how infamous he was over the internet. it probebly would take some time looking around, but Im sure he could make it happen.

all I did was go to google and type
'the state' boxing license

cant guarentee itll work, but usually a pdf will end up there. it seems almost too simple, but then again, I wouldnt know where to go from there.

if i was to do it, which is possible some time in the future, I would probebly let my gym or trainer take care of it for me, since they actually know what theyre doing.
