Cotto, on the otherhand, I think Floyd can stop.

How can someone vote NO? There would be no more big names for him. Unless he goes to 160, but thats WAY to big for him. See this is what I mean when I say, that after Floyd beats one, they will say he is ducking someone else.

that's straight up bull**** and you know it.. the reason everybody says that **** is because he has only fought 2 ranked welterweights since he has been in the division.

There will always be more names that people will say he could have beat, so I put yes. But the fact is if he beat that winner he would have done what he has to do and in my opinion sealed his legacy as an all time great. He will always have people not giving him credit and guys calling him out, but if he handles the winner of those guys rational boxing fans know he would have done what proves his place in history and the current welterweight division.
