Calling Calzaghe a "white hope" is racist.

Oh really? How so? Did i invent that term or did the mainstream box media invented it? And even so, how is that racist? He IS a White Hope because that's the way he is treated by about all his fans, and may i add, some of the press!

Saying Calzaghe is p4p ANYTHING is very "white hopish" (you can blame me for that term though) won't you agree? Even more so if you compare him with fighters who did accomplish great deeds this year, cases of Casamayor, Campbell and why not add in Vasquez and Brian Vera.

It seems it's a trend right now. Southpaws, p4p, Calzaghe vs legends of the sport, Calzaghe cute kids and hot wife... Come on! The man is a complete full scale hype job and you should know better. This is why they invented the term white hope. They play a different game apparently.

For a so called "white hope" to be the p4p king all he has to do is beat a 43 year old by split decision (after being dropped). Nate Campbell and Joel Casamayor are both greater than Calzaghe in boxing terms and were both coming of wins versus actually YOUNGER, MORE ABLE and UNDEFEATED competition, intead of a 43 YEAR OLD Hopkins, and never got mentioned for any of these things 1 week after their respective fights. I mean wtf? Please shove Calzaghe in the ass all you biased racist haters.

That's right, because when Calzaghe fought the undefeated, younger Jeff "Left Hook" Lacy he lost, as he did against the undefeated, younger Mikkel Kessler.
