Ultimately it depends on how aggressivley Haye comes out. Once he sees Wlad up close, me thinks he might be a big less likely to jump on the "Big Dog".

If, however, David decides he can bury Wlad underneath a fusilage of fists...he'll be knocked down by counters, I feel by the third and out by the fifth.

Unless he surprises me completely, he won't have the patience to try to outbox Wlad.
