What age does a HW usually peak at?

Ok, we have fighters like Mike Tyson who peaked at 21.

And then we have fighters like Lennox Lewis who peaked around his mid-30s.

Then you have Tony Thompson getting a title shot at the age of 36.

So my question is, when does a HW hit his prime? Seems like HW's tend to age slower than the lower weight classes.
