I have this theory that Cotto may wait this thing out by buying time to see who wins this weekend between Oscar and Forbes. If Oscar loses by some miracle, it screws things up with a matchup with Mayweather and Cotto becomes attractive. By Cotto waiting to sign gives himself a chance to fight Floyd without breaking a signed contract against Margarito.
