DAN RAFAEL: "FLOYD MAYWEATHER is a JOKE!"

Ok, he didnt DIRECTLY say that, but he did say this...

    ---------

"Mayweather, who says he is already the best fighter ever, can't be serious. Yes, he faced De La Hoya at junior middleweight and junior welterweight champ Ricky Hatton moved up to welterweight to fight him, but Mayweather has not fought the best guys in his own welterweight division, which happens to be the deepest in boxing. Take a look at the ESPN.com divisional rankings that I update each week. Of today's top 10 welterweights (Mayweather is No. 1), he has only faced one of the other nine guys, a win against Zab Judah. No. 2 Cotto, on the other hand, arrived at welterweight a full year after Mayweather but has already beaten three of today's top 10: Shane Mosley, Carlos Quintana and Judah, and he is scheduled to face a fourth, Antonio Margarito, in July."

    ----------

All facts and i completely agree. I was surprised to read this from a fella who is constantly supporting Mayweather and will refuse to change Mayweathers position on the p4p charts until the day he dies.

Dan Rafael is a fat geek who prolly never seen pus$y in his life. He knocks fighters for sucking or being out of shape when he ways like 400lbs himself. I dont like Rafael, as you can see lol.

Its common knowledge that we all know , but it does not mean Floyd is not as good a fighter as what he is .

So? He's an analyst, not a fighter, so his own physical condition is irrelevant.

I agree. I'll respect him for his boxing knowledge, but I went on his chat things one time and I thought I asked a reasonable question about Andre Berto and who he was fighting next. This was a while back, but he answered back saying I needed to read his notebook and not ask questions that are already in his writings. Well in the notebook it talked about Berto fighting soon, but an opponent wasn't named. I was just wondering if he had some inside on who it could be. It's like if your not on his chat consistently he doesn't take your question seriously.

I completely disagree with this statement, yet I am tired of talking of this for the 1000th time.

See the Margarito-Cotto should be for the ring belt thread for more.

I read Rafael's chats every week and he is a smug prick. Plus his favorite band is KISS, which makes him a total loser.
