    How the hell did this go unoticed?? Montiel vs Molanado...this saturday?

    When the hell did this happen. I was impressed with Montiel destroying Castillo and Molanado had his moments against Donaire. This should be a really good fight. Molanado also has a draw with Mijares! I can't believe that.

      It sucks in a way because guys like Montiel are at weights that don't get much attention unless they are fighting big names in their division. Mijares and Montiel need to fight soon.

        Mijares would beat Montiel, imo. Mijares has a great fight coming up against Alexander Munoz on the 17th. That could be potentially FOTY.

        Now the question is, if Montiel somehow loses this saturday, would Munoz and Mijares be for the vacant Ring championship? Montiel is 1, Mijares is 2, Munoz is 3. If Montiel were to lose against someone unranked at Super Flyweight, where would that put Molanado?

          fight not happening boxrec always ****s up it doesnt even have a venue it just says "mexico"
          montiel wanted titi maldonado as his next defense but talks never materialized or else there would be a lot of hype on the mexican websites

            momtiel would KO him if this fight happens. donaire destroyed him when nito was injured and undertrained.
