I agree, it was his bread and butter punch, that right hand that made Bernard, the same punch that flawed Calzaghe, even though we all knew it was coming including Calzaghe. However Calzaghe thereafter nulled it with a block. That's what was better about Calzaghe, he adapted to Bernard on the fly.

Agreed. Kessler probably would knock Jones out now, not prime for prime though. He hits harder than Tarver I imagine.

I think its possible though that Roy may be a bit older and wiser than he used to be. He must be glaringly aware that he can't take the big shots, so I think he'd try very hard not to, and might get through the fight, at which point the possibility of taking a decision certainly exists.

I didn't say it was, I'm not a Calzaghe fan or a Calzaghe hater, I'm just trying to make my own mind up about him to be honest ...

Hopkins always had a better chance against Calzaghe than he would against Kessler. I'm with you, azza.

Jones has the ability to outbox Kessler but I think there's more a chance of Kessler winning than Jones winning right now.

                  Prime for prime, Jones wins.

Kessler would knock out Roy Jones now.

                    Hopkins might mug him though.

I also think Roy might beat Joe when they meet.

I think that fight will happen in the future you know, I don't think Kessler is scared of him, something must have ****ed up in the negotiation.

Definately not prime for prime, this fight might actually become reality if Joe beats Jones ... I wonder if Jones takes the fight though? If he got KO'd it would most likely be the end of his career.
