How did you score Toney/Griffin II?

Watched some of this on youtube today. Toney wasn't active enough, but he clearly beat Griffin in a very tactical fight.

It's been awhile since I watched these fights but I remember feeling that Toney should have gotten the nod in both of them.

I had James winning in close but clear fashion. I went over this topic at length awhile back with another poster who had Griffin winning (mechslave i think).

Can't remember my exact score but I definitely had Toney winning every time I watched the fight.

        116-112 looks about right.

Montell Griffin" I'll kill Roy Jones, Virgil Hill........I'll Kill ya'll
Larry Mercahnt "' Montell, You don't seem like a killer in there"
          Griffin"I 'll beat em tho"

James Toney all the way, this was really his exodus from prominence, the Montell decisions really screwed him.

Besides maybe Glen Johnson, I'm not sure if there's another big-name fighter in recent memory who's been in as many debatable/controversial decisions as James Toney.

                  Oscar's "only" been in 5 controversial/debatable decisions.

                  James Toney:

                  Mike McCallum I
                  Mike McCallum II
                  Reggie Johnson
                  Dave Tiberi
                  Montell Griffin I
                  Montell Griffin II
                  Sam Peter I

And also that last fight in San Jose, when both guys were on steroids. That was almost as hard to score was it was to watch.
