PROOF of why DAVID HAYE can KNOCKOUT Wladimir Klitschko

For those who think Haye is a "Cruiserweight" and not big enough for a Heavyweight.
Newsflash he is a Heavyweight who boiled down to Cruiser.
He stands at 6ft 3 and has a 78" Reach.
(Lamon Brewster 6ft 2 and 77" reach).
His "Chin" problems have mostly been down to weight drain and stamina issues.
And he has never been knocked cold.
The fight with Carl Thompson was a good thing for him as he started to take it seriously from then on and him taking a knee against Mormeck was proof of this as it was clever for him to regain his composure and come back and win in devastating fashion.
A fight where he had to boil back down from Heavyweight.
Haye looking comfortable at 217lbs in his first escapade at Heavyweight against Bonin.
He will probably bulk up to around 220-240lbs when he starts his real campaign.
So to write Haye off as being too small is quite ridiculous when smaller men slower than Haye have defeated Wlad.

Haye doesn't have the stamina, defense or chin to compete as a legitimate heavyweight. He is a media generated fighter. He's fought 21 old or no name cruiserweights BECAUSE he couldn't compete as a Heavyweight. As bad as the heavyweight division is today the Cruiseweight division is worst. Let's not forget Haye was gassed and knocked out by another old cruiserweight. He has done NOTHING to deserve a shot at the Heavyweight champion but since boxing is all about selling tickets he'll get his shot get a big payday then get knocked out. From a marketing standpoint I can see why his handlers don't want him fighting any other heavyweights. Hard to get a championship fight when your fighting another heavyweight who you can't knock out and your gassed after 4-5 rounds. He doesn't have the boxing skills of Calzaghe or the heart and chin of Hatton and he is CERTAINLY no Evander Holifield@

Big punching heavyweights have knocked Klitschko down, not cruiserweights.
Sanders
Brewster
Peter
All punch harder than any cruiserweight I can think of.
However having said all that, Wlad is a great fighter and a good boxer, who knows how not to get hit.....Haye will do well to get to him enough to test that chin, I still think the time is right though whilst Haye has this unknown aura about him at HW, as we have all seen....Wlad scares easier than a 9yr old girl watchin The Omen!

Have you even seen his fight with Carl Thompson who himself was no mug and renowned for coming back from the brink in fights to win.
Haye was smashing him all over in their fight and any other Ref would have stopped it in favour of Haye.
And the stoppage came with Haye on his feet.
Haye has a great amateur pedigree as well as a decent pro record.
So to say he is skillless is bull****.
His low left hand is part of his game to lure his man in so he can blow them away with the Big right hand.
As for his chin??
It is highly possible this is due to weight drain issues similar to Cotto who's chin has greatly improved now he doesn't have to boil down to 140.
In his most recent fights Haye has improved greatly and can only get stronger at a natural weight.
He is a young kid still who is still growing.
Mormeck was just coming off a massive win over Bell so to say he was old and past it is nonsense as well.
Haye went to his own back yard and won the belts.
He could hang around beating nobodies but he doesn't want to do that so people should respect that as it is something we rarely see in modern times.
Basing your hate for Haye on his loss to Thompson is frankly quite ludicrous and ignorant.
Fighters learn from losses and the great ones come back better and stronger but that is another problem these days where certain fans put too much emphasis on a fighter keeping their "0".
Almost all the greatest fighters in History suffered defeats yet came again.
Haye is an undisputed champ inside 22 fights which is no mean feat.
He is also in exciting fights due to his speed, power and vulneribility.
2 Big assets he will carry to heavyweight is his Speed and power over the majority of the lumbering oafs like Sam Peter.
