Would you mention them on the same level as Nunn?
I personally wouldnt.
Except for Chris Byrd, who has accomplished quite a bit for a man his size.Comment

I was just naming other notable southpaws.
As for the comparison, Nunn was a better talent and better in his prime than the others. I actually think at his peak, he'd give quite a few of the ATG middleweights a handful and maybe upset a couple of them.
But in terms of overall accomplishment, I don't see Nunn really standing out from the others.Comment

Yes!
I'm learning!
The first two people that came to mind when I saw the thread were Whitaker and Hagler.

for all my opinion is worth:
you are learning a lot and fast, and it's remarkable how you watch fights looking at details without bias, and you watch a lot of them. Even when I don't agree with you, it's clear that you call it like you see it, and not to push forward some bull**** agenda.Comment

When I started posting here, I was sure I was going to end up on your ignore list (this is when you still had the offenses and the people who were on ignore for them). It's just good that I have moved up from that.for all my opinion is worth:

I just told someone that I thought you were one of the most knowledgable on here by far. Something to strive to become.
Are you American or British? I thought I knew the answer, but I'm not sure.Last edited by Fox McCloud; 04-29-2008, 06:09 PM.Comment
