Too close to call. Maybe they could set up a match under the unified headbutting rules?

Hopkins throws his straight rights with his head down FFS.

I can't really pick either. Two headbutt masters. Hopkins gets the edge for being the all around dirtier fighter though.

you said "used" headbutts more, implying the use of the head as a weapon. that would be Bernard Hopkins. Holyfield's style led to a lot of headbutts; I do not believe most were intentional. when I saw Hopkins almost KO Taylor with his head in their first fight, I realized Hopkins is a stealthy, sadistic son of a *****. he gave Taylor a minor concussion with it.

I would like to give Casamayor an honorable mention in this category.

Holyfield's head does more damage physically and mentally, just look at Rahman and Tyson.

Hopkins has the advantage in cheating overall though, Holyfield doesn't always do it intentionally although he did say after the Tyson fight when asked about the headbutting that he just did what he had to do.

Holyfield can also unleash his double combination of headbutting and hitting below the belt at the same time.

Holyfield used it more, Hopkins used it more better.
